This came out 1000x less cute than the picture in the book, but it was still super tasty and surprisingly simple to make. It was the dessert from Hung’s season-winning meal in Season 3, and if I recall, his least impressive dish of the night, in the judges’ opinion… hell, great chocolate cake is still good in my book, though. No liquid nitrogen needed here.
